PDi Digital is currently working on improving our support process and we will start using a new dedicated service for all support cases.
Due to this, our sepioo® Service Portal will redirect you as a user to our new Support Portal, which will continue to evolve, and the first step is to provide you with a new system to submit tickets.
Once you are redirected to our new Support Portal, please log in using the “Are you a customer? Login here” option.
This provides a single sign-on option where your sepioo® Credentials can be used to log into the portal and submit or monitor your open tickets:
Changes in the process
The biggest change other than the system which will submit a ticket is that the RMA and Support tickets are now done in the same place, the only difference is that the RMA ticket needs mandatory files that need to be attached in the ticket.
RMA Ticket
To submit a RMA ticket, please download the required files and attach them to the ticket after selecting the “RMA Case” category.
Please select the appropriate document depending on whether you are sending NB-IoT display(s), or 2.4 GHz devices (displays or gateways). *If the RMA process is for both in the same ticket, please download both types of files and fill them out separately.
Complete the documents and upload them to the ticket in the new Support Portal with issue type “RMA Case”.
This is just the first step in improving our support for you, and we will continue to develop it until we are 100% satisfied with the functionality and ease of use for all partners.
