Sales Back Office Assistant (m/w/d)
Part-time (parental leave replacement)

Your responsibilities:

Create, process and administrate orders
Support of national and international customers and partners
Synchronization with external and internal stakeholders
Support of the logistics process related to the delivery of the products (coordinate delivery dates, perform availability checks)
Contact person to Business Development, Production and Logistic
Grooming of the order entry mail inbox

What we expect:

Good MS-Office skills, experience with SAP or similar ERP
systems appreciated
Relevant professional experience in similar positions
Excellent English and good German, both written and spoken
Structured and accurate working style

Proactive, communicative, analytical mindset
Teamplayer

The minimum gross salary for this position is Euro 2,223.- per month applies with readiness for overpayment depending on actual qualifications (for full-time employment).

Thanks to our flextime model, you can decide for yourself if you want to be the first in the office or if you prefer to sleep in. You can also work from home 2 days a week, if you prefer.
